Hello! I am Caitlin. I am deeply passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan, with a special focus on supporting adolescents and youth (ages 8+).

both Spanish and English,

ensuring that language is never a

barrier to receiving quality care.

I believe true, deep healing begins within a secure, collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel completely safe. In our sessions, we will create a judgment-free space to explore painful feelings, process complex trauma, and constructively challenge difficult thought patterns. By meeting you exactly where you are and utilizing a holistic, eclectic approach, we can work together towards a meaningful path toward healing deep emotional wounds.

My specialties include helping individuals navigate attachment disorders, trauma/complex trauma, dissociation, abuse & neglect, depression, anxiety & social anxiety, OCD, body dysmorphia, high achievement/perfectionism, grief/loss, ADHD, adolescent and family issues, relational dynamics, and domestic violence. My goal is to offer you immediate, compassionate, and trauma-informed support tailored to your unique journey.

My clinical foundation is grounded in extensive training and specialized experience with youth. Having previously worked across three different residential treatment centers for adolescents (ages 12–18), I am uniquely equipped to help individuals process complex challenges like displacement, family conflict, trauma, and emotional or substance use disorders. I understand that taking the step to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. You know yourself best, and my role is to guide and empower you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom.
