Expressive Arts, IFS, EMDR

Sometimes there just aren't words to describe what you're going through or for others to know what to do or say to offer comfort, especially when you've suffered the loss of a loved one or loved ones. The pain can be excruciating. At times, it can feel like it's too much to bear.

I'd be honored to be by your side, right where you are, as you navigate the turbulent waves of chronic and terminal illnesses and the attending grief they can leave in their wake. There are other losses that can come from these as well such as job loss, marriage strain or divorce, time away from the rest of your family as you spend time at the hospital and more. There's so much that goes on behind the scenes that no one sees. You deserve to be seen, heard, and understood.

You're not alone in this.

I offer a non-judgemental, safe space where together we can find what works best for you. I specialize in grief, trauma, and anxiety. I've facilitated and co-facilitated grief groups and continue to receive grief training. I'm currently training in EMDR with an attachment and somatic focus. I have training in Trauma-Informed Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and ACT for Grief as well as ACT for Trauma. I also use IFS informed parts work, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy).

I look forward to working with you.
